Blue Monday

Our York post showed some pretty drab weather; in fact, it started drizzling while we were shopping. We'd heard enough about England not to expect much different, of course.

So it was a noteworthy event at about 2 p.m. Monday, December 29th, on our drive up to Scotland, when the sun broke through.

And we had blue sky! And it was actually pretty clear skies the majority of the time in Scotland!

So we're playing along with Smiling Sally today - here's just one of many sheep photos taken that blue Monday in Scotland...
More Scotland to come...

Blue skies Smiling on me
Nothing but blue skies Do I see.

This song goes through my mind everytime I see a clear blue sky.

I love the picture. I am intrigued with Scotland as my ggg-grandparents were born there.
