And that is Esmé’s quote of the week…

We’ve been celebrating Christ’s death and resurrection.  Here are a few snapshots for ya:

First, we made a “hill of Calvary,” complete with grass seed and a McDonald’s coffee-cup tomb.  Fairy Barbie is hanging out at the foot of the cross, as usual.


We practiced making a paper Easter lily – Esmé got the hang of rolling paper petals:


Voilà!


So beautiful she even needed to sleep with it…


Here’s a stained glass cross watercolor we turned into a mother-daughter project…

Celebrating Palm Sunday.  This story makes an awesome dramatization opportunity, by the way…


And working on our Resurrection Eggs.  Esmé’s been struggling with this one, as she prefers egg maracas, so I have to keep reassembling it…
