Wordless(ful) Wednesday - The Fair

Last Thursday I went to the county fair for my "F" school excursion! We lucked out and went on Oregon's 150th birthday celebration, so only had to pay $1.50 for Mommy's admission. (Happy birthday, Oregon!)

Here I am in a Baaaaaa contest with a sheep...

We also saw bunnies and chickens and cows and horses, but my favorite animals were the pigs! Here's some hugging...

...and some babies!

I got to spin the wheel, and I won a tshirt that will fit me when I'm SIX times my size. Maybe I'll swap with Mommy; she won a pencil.

I colored a masterpiece.

And I went shopping. Ahhhhh - the bling! I LOVE me some bling!

Then I got to play at the toddler activity tent. That was great fun!

And we had fair food! Fried bread and ice cream...

Then we went to the art tent, or so I'm told...

All the rides and slides woke me up right quick! No, I didn't get to ride anything, or play any of the arcade games, either. That didn't keep me from watching!

And a fitting end to the day - a lollipop from one of the exhibitor booths!

I would love to see you and OWen at the fair together! Because you both fall asleep at the same things, and would have so much fun the rest of the time!

So fun! I love the pictures of you asleep in front of the crafts and veggies. The baby pigs are my favorite.

Thanks for taking us to the fair with you :) What a gorgeous Peacock quilt. Wow Some people are supremely talented. Looks like she had fun visiting the animals (who wouldn't) and she did get the stroller ride ;)
Fried bread what'll they think of next.

i love taking little kids to the fair! teenagers are less fun. all they want is the expensive entertainment. we missed it this year but next year might be perfect.

Great shots. We never had pigs, but one of my daughter's friends who raised a few said that they are actually quite clean, and very smart.

Happy WW!

Aww! I missed it! Didn't know there was one on. Anyway, tell your mommy that the BEST ride at the fair, if they still have it, is the little canoes for little kids. Then beg her to let you ride those...

Hi thanks for visiting my blog and taking the time to leave a comment! Yes, there's only one girl out of all 7 cousins. She gets to be the princess every time in all their imaginary plays! =)

You little one is adorable. It looks like she enjoyed the fair!

She is just perfectly blissful (and WOW is she a doll!).
