OLZ Blanket Giveaway

Our first giveaway in this two-week Operation Love Zimbabwe event is this gorgeous green handtied fleece blanket. It's got different jungle animals on it - most importantly, monkeys! (I love monkeys and have tons of stuffed monkeys back in Mozambique.) The blanket is approximately 48x30 inches .

When Mommy was taking photos of the blanket for this post, I grabbed it and kept saying "My! My!" It is SO soft! She explained it was a gift to be passed on, though, so we packed it right back up, and it is all ready to pass on to one of you lucky folk.
A big thanks to Zander's Mom for donating this blanket for the Zimbabwe cause. You can visit her at Zander & Me and find out all about the amazing things Zander is up to already, like reading and counting to 3. And give Zander a hug and kiss for me while you're there, 'kay?

To Enter: All you have to do is leave a comment on this post. Easy peasy! Please make sure you include an email so I can contact you if you win.

You can get up to two extra entries if you (1) post about Operation Love Zimbabwe on your blog, and/or (2) put the Operation Love Zimbabwe button on your blogsite. Please leave a separate comment for each entry.

Entries must be made by 11:59 p.m. PST on February 14, 2009. The winner will be selected using http://www.random.org/ and will be contacted by email.

I'd love this blanket! Thank you for the opportunity and for raising awareness for this cause. I am from Haiti originally so I know first hand what poverty, selfish leadership and AIDS does to a country. God Bless you for doing this.

This is a great idea! I don't know if you knew about it, but back in December we did a project for a few weeks to raise money for Paula's orphanage. We baked bread and sold it for donations here at Southern. Praise God, we raised about $450 (some people were very generous!). God is so good to us. I just wish we could do so much more. Thanks for raising awareness! You can suggest this project to anyone interested in doing something to help. Paula needs all the money she can get to order food from South Africa.

Blessings on your work!

Love,

Nicole
