OLZ Plumeria Candle Giveaway

I love plumeria blossoms! They are beautifully simple, easy to grow, keep well when picked, reassuringly edible, and wonderfully fragrant! And they look great behind your ear. If you can remember back in "P" week, I had fun making a painted perfumed plumeria bouquet in a pink pinion gear...
