Buddha Belly

First of all, we are experiencing EXTREME technical difficulties. The kind with internet speeds of 234 BYTES per second. Mommy is doing EXTREME amounts of muttering. And the phone company just told us that our internet bill is double this month - almost $200 - for this exemplary customer service. So if you don't hear from us in a while, it's because we've smashed the laptop against the wall and stomped all over the modem.

I sprayed ammonia-based window cleaner into my eyes yesterday. I am still having nightmares about getting my eyes flushed with water - I've woken up crying several times. So. Don't. Do. It. No matter how much fun it appears to be.

No charge for my sage advice tonight. You're welcome.

My sleeping schedule is getting more and more exciting. Yesterday I refused to take a nap, even though Mommy lay with me for several hours. So I was dead tired by 7:30 or so. But then I woke up before 4 a.m. and was ready to play again! Until 8:30 a.m., when I took a nap until 11:30 a.m. So of course I didn't want an afternoon nap. But then I napped from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. So bedtime was around 11 p.m. And Mommy's worried there is no end to this crazy cycle.

I am VERY proud of my belly, especially since it has a belly button on it! So we are playing along with Debi at Who Says 8 Is Enough? and posting a photo of it!
And a bonus photo - anyone want to caption it??

i hope for your mommy's sanity that your sleeping gets back to normal and she gets all her internet woes behind her.
you are right, esme, belly-buttons are fun; and window cleaner in your eyes is NOT fun.
sweet dreams, beautiful girl:)

That picture is great! I am terrible with captions, though.

Last week I started making Little Elvis' belly button talk to him and he LOVES it. Can't get enough of it.

Oh, your poor little eyes! I hope you're all better now.
Your belly is just adorable.
You really need to get on a better sleep schedule! Or you may end up with a very grouchy mommy.

I love the Buddha Belly! Angel girl has one just like it. And poor girl, that is so sad that she sprayed window cleaner in her eyes. :(
